Delete your TuinPlan account
Inside the app you can delete your account directly. If you no longer have access to the app, use your Support ID, Support PIN and a final address check below.
Find your codes inside the app
Open Settings → Support to view your Support ID and Support PIN.
Address check
If there is a plot on your account, we then ask for your last saved address.
Keep your recovery code
After deletion you receive a code you can use to recover the same identity later.
Verification and deletion
No app access anymore? Complete the same verification we would ask for via support.
