Licences and attribution
Last updated: 3 October 2026
TuinPlan uses open geodata to show your home, your plot and the sun and shade in your garden. This page lists the open datasets we use, the licence their owners publish them under and the attribution they ask for. The government datasets reach us through PDOK (Publieke Dienstverlening Op de Kaart), which is run by Kadaster.
TuinPlan processes and combines this data. The data owners are not responsible for that processing, and the data can differ from the situation on the ground.
