Need help with TuinPlan?

Use this page for support questions, store-review notes, privacy requests and account deletion. For general product information we point to the public site.

No login required TuinPlan does not require a separate username or password for the first product experience.
Privacy inside the app Data export, consent and account deletion are available in Settings.
Support ID + PIN In Settings → Support you can find the codes required for web verification.
Store review Core flows are directly reachable through the transparent demo activation during first launch.

What to include in your support email

The more concrete the request, the faster we can help. A Support ID is available inside the app; include it if you have it.

Technical issues

  • device and OS version
  • app version and build number
  • what you were trying to do
  • any screenshot or error message

Account or privacy

  • Support ID if it is visible
  • Support PIN if you want to submit a web request
  • last used postcode or plot context
  • whether the request is about export, deletion or consent
  • your preferred contact email for follow-up

Store review and app access

Reviewers do not need to log in

TuinPlan automatically activates a demo account on first launch, so no separate username or password is needed to review the core experience.

Subscription-gated sharing remains a store-managed in-app purchase flow; it does not require external backend credentials.
